Hi, I'm Nicole Groman, MS, RDN!
I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University and my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University, where I also completed my dietetic internship clinical rotations.
I struggled with my relationship with food for a long time. With the support of a registered dietitian, I was able to heal my relationship with my body and make peace with food. This experience was incredibly difficult, and I’m grateful that it gave me perspective that helps me understand what my clients are going through. I can't wait to help you find food freedom, live without guilt surrounding food, and appreciate and accept the body you live in.
