In one-to-one counseling, we work together closely to understand your needs and to address the specific challenges surrounding your relationship to food and to your body.

60-Minute Initial Consultation

In our 60-minute initial consultation, you will share your thorough history of your relationship with food and with your body, and we'll discuss what moved you to reach out about nutrition counseling.

We will also review your medical history, food likes and dislikes, any intolerances, and establish goals for what you would like to achieve from our work together.

Our initial consultation will provide me with the opportunity to learn more about you! If you're ready to get started, find a quiet and comfortable space and let's chat.

45-Minute Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are structured by specific goals that we set from week to week. We come up with these goals together based on the day's discussion, and they are what help facilitate changes in behavior and mindset around food and your body. This is what makes your sessions completely individualized and uniquely you.

Sessions are also guided by challenges you may have had over the week that you'd like to discuss. These discussions are some of my favorite parts of the work - where we break down a moment in your week and learn something real from it to help you grow and move forward.

How long do you typically work with people?

This varies from person to person! I usually estimate a range of about 3 months to 8 months or more. We will decide what feels best as we continue to work together.
