One-to-One Counseling

In one-to-one counseling, we work together closely to understand your needs and to address the specific challenges surrounding your relationship to food and to your body.

Nicole gave me the tools I needed to pull myself out of isolation and rediscover the joys of meal time, drinks with friends, and movement. More importantly, she reminded me that healing is never linear, and encouraged me to be kind to myself throughout the process. How long do you typically work with people?

This varies from person to person! I usually estimate a range of about 3 months to 8 months or more. We will decide what feels best as we continue to work together.
