Educating, Empowering, and Transforming How We Think About Food and Health

I offer dynamic, engaging talks that challenge conventional thinking about food, health, and body image. Whether you’re a healthcare provider, HR leader, educator, or simply someone looking to improve well-being through a weight-inclusive lens, my mission is to help audiences better understand what it truly means to eat well and take care of themselves—without guilt, shame, or restriction.

Healthcare Professionals

Improve patient outcomes by addressing the silent barrier in healthcare: weight stigma. I provide lectures and workshops for medical professionals on the harms of weight bias, the limitations of BMI and “ideal body weight,” and how to adopt a more inclusive and compassionate approach to nutrition counseling.

Perfect for: Grand rounds, medical schools, hospitals, residency programs, CME events

Schools & Student Groups

I offer age-appropriate, body-positive presentations for students that emphasize balance, nourishment, and self-respect over dieting and body shame. Help your students build lifelong skills around eating and self-care without fear or guilt.

Perfect for: Middle and high schools, colleges, sororities, student health organizations, assemblies

Human Resources & Corporate Wellness

Support your employees’ well-being with a fresh, empowering take on nutrition and health. My wellness talks help reduce stress, improve energy levels, and promote long-term health—without promoting fad diets or restrictive rules.

Perfect for: Employee wellness programs, health weeks, corporate retreats, lunch-and-learns

Community Groups

Tired of confusing nutrition messages and “wellness” trends that don’t actually feel good? I break it all down in a way that’s clear, practical, and empowering. Learn how to take care of your body with less stress, more joy, and food that truly satisfies.

Perfect for: Community centers, wellness events, conferences, support groups, bookstores

If you are a brand looking to align your messaging with an intuitive eating and non-diet approach, I offer consulting and audits to help you craft your copy and content to expand your customer reach and increase support and promotion from health, fitness, and nutrition professionals in the non-diet space.

ABOUT ME

Website images.png

I'm Nicole Groman, MS RDN. I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University and my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University, where I also completed my dietetic internship clinical rotations. Before going into business for myself full-time, I worked in the clinical setting for 6 years, at Montefiore Medical Center and VA New York Harbor Health Care, while I saw clients privately part-time. At the Veterans Affairs Hospital, I was fortunate to be part of the eating disorder treatment team, collaborating with mental health providers and other members of the care team in order to support our patients. I specialize in intuitive eating, helping my clients find food freedom, live without guilt surrounding food, and appreciate and accept the body they live in.
