ABOUT ME

I'm Nicole Groman, MS RDN. I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University and my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University, where I also completed my dietetic internship clinical rotations. Before going into business for myself full-time, I worked in the clinical setting for 6 years, at Montefiore Medical Center and VA New York Harbor Health Care, while I saw clients privately part-time. At the Veterans Affairs Hospital, I was fortunate to be part of the eating disorder treatment team, collaborating with mental health providers and other members of the care team in order to support our patients. I specialize in intuitive eating, helping my clients find food freedom, live without guilt surrounding food, and appreciate and accept the body they live in.

With small shifts in approach and practice, we CAN transform healthcare.
My presentations are designed to be interactive, research-driven, and practical—helping your audience walk away with actionable strategies they can implement right away.
